12. Service Description
www.job24germany.de connects job seekers with job offers. After the user has paid a fixed amount, www.job24germany.de undertakes to search for suitable job offers, forward application documents if necessary, and assist in establishing contact with potential employers.
The amount paid is a placement fee and does not guarantee successful employment.
13. Payment Terms
The placement fee is due in advance and will be processed using the payment methods offered on the website. Refunds are excluded once processing and placement has begun.
14. No Guarantee of Success
www.job24germany.de is committed to diligent placement, but assumes no guarantee or liability for actual employment or success.

The goal of the platform is to support job seekers in finding jobs in Germany, in particular by forwarding application documents to potential employers and actively searching for suitable job offers.

The Provider does not act as an employer, but solely as a placement platform. A specific employment contract between the Customer and the Employer is concluded exclusively between these parties.

The Customer undertakes to provide all information and documents required for placement completely, truthfully, and in German or English. This includes, among other things:
•A current CV
•Certificates and relevant qualifications
•Information on the desired position, preferred region, language skills, etc.

A one-time placement fee is charged for the use of the service, the amount of which is transparently displayed on the website.
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered on the platform. Upon receipt of payment, the Provider will begin processing the order. Refunds are generally excluded unless the Provider is unable to provide the placement service for its own reasons.
The Provider expressly points out that the payment is a service fee and not a guaranteed job fee.

The provider is not liable for the content, credibility, or behavior of potential employers.
Liability for lost profits, indirect damages, or other economic disadvantages is excluded unless the provider is guilty of willful intent or gross negligence.
The provider is also not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, technical malfunctions, or the behavior of third parties.

Study Application and Study Advice
The provider provides the following services to prospective students:
Advice on study options and universities in Germany,
Support in selecting suitable degree programs,
Review and, if necessary, adjustment of application documents (e.g., letters of motivation, certificates),
Assistance in submitting applications to universities or via application platforms such as uni-assist,
Support in communicating with educational institutions, and with general questions regarding admission to university.
These services are considered placement and advisory services and do not guarantee admission or enrollment.
21.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the Provider.
22. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
